SARA HODGSON | PARTNER
Sara is the Chief Administrative Officer at The Moran Company (TMC). She works closely with the President and the other Partners in managing the daily operations of the firm. Prior to her role as a Partner, Sara served as the Office Manager at TMC for more than 5 years. She worked closely with TMC’s former Chief Administrative Officer and other Partners in maintaining company records, finances, invoicing, budgeting, recruiting & personnel management.
Sara joined TMC in June, 2008 as an intern while completing her senior year of college at George Mason University. Sara graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Health Science, specializing in Health System’s Management. In January, 2009 she entered a role as Research Assistant where she learned basic SAS programming knowledge and worked with several different Medicare datasets to produce analyses. While serving this role, she also gained meaningful knowledge of the Medicare payment systems. In January, 2011 she transitioned to her role as the Office Manager where she served until being promoted to Partner in January, 2017.
Sara completed her Master’s certificate in Human Resource Management in May, 2015 through Villanova University and expects to complete her Master’s in Healthcare Administration through George Mason University in October, 2021She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
